WIN YOUR WEDDING DRESS WITH TDR BRIDAL BIRMINGHAM
We need an entry form capture that has the following fields:

*Entrants must be 18 years old or older to enter. The prize is a voucher of up to £2,500 to redeem against the purchase of a dress from TDR Bridal Birmingham. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. If the dress chosen is more than £2,500 the winner will be responsible for making up the difference in price. The winner will have 30 days after the closing date to make an appointment and claim the prize. TDR Bridal will place the order for the prize and the winner should allow up to 32 weeks from the order date for delivery – lead times vary from designer to designer. The dress will be ordered in a standard size (2-32). Alterations and accessories are not included. The winner must be engaged to be married, have set a date for the wedding and not already have purchased a wedding dress from any other bridal retailer. The winner must be prepared for their photograph to appear in TDR’s associated marketing and on its social media platforms. TDR will not reveal any personal information about you without your consent. Your choice of dress will not be revealed until after your wedding.
